Integrating Gainsight with Sylvan brings predictive intelligence straight into the tools your team already knows and loves. With this connection, CSMs can continue working inside Gainsight, while Sylvan works behind the scenes to deliver smart, timely, and proactive signals based on your data.

This setup enables powerful workflows where Sylvan can:

  • Automatically create CTAs in Gainsight when workflows are triggered

  • Let users create CTAs directly from Slack alerts, streamlining collaboration and follow-up

The result? Smarter decisions, faster action, and less manual work — right from your existing stack.
